Hi I'm Ryan

I'm optimistic and friendly. I love writing, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah and have never lived anywhere else, but I love hearing about other places and I want to travel everywhere! I love British television and am somewhat of a geek. I'm in college right now studying advertising, and am hoping to go to medical school in a few years. I'm currently preparing to serve a mission in Vanuatu. I love reading and writing and spending time with my close friends and my family!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have received witness and know that this is Christ's restored gospel on the earth. I know that without it, I would be lost. I know a prophet of God leads this church, and that personal revelation can be received through the Holy Spirit. I know that I can speak to my Father in Heaven through prayer and know that he is listening and cares about my life. In other words, I am a Mormon because I know the LDS church's teachings to be true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to have an attitude of love and acceptance for those around me. That can be something as little as smiling at them and asking about their day, but making others feel accepted is part of how I make the world a better place. I also participate in my community as a volunteer at a hospital. In my church community I help organize activities for the women of my church group to attend.
