Hi I'm Sam Nelson

I am from Boise, ID, I run track at Utah State, and am currently on a mission in Fukuoka, Japan, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born In Tennessee, moves to Idaho when I was about 5-6 years old and have lived there ever since, I played basketball, football, baseball, and track in High School. I went to school at Utah State and ran track for them, I am majoring in Biology as of right now. I love to hunt, fish, mountain bike, camp, dirt bike, play basketball, football, baseball, golf, hanging with friends, I love anything active, and I like watching movies. Right now I am currently in the Japan Fukuoka Mission spreading the good news to the people over here and loving everyday of it!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member because I believe the church teaches us how to be good people, how to serve others, how to live a good life and have direction, and how to love people. I am so grateful for second chances through the atonement of Jesus Christ, this life is all about learning and growing and through learning and growing we will make mistakes. I am so grateful that we have the atonement that allows us to change, allows us to get back up and keep going, and become better and better everyday.

How I live my faith

I try to find people to help member and non-members, I treat members and non-members the same because we are all children of God, it doesn't matter if you're a member or not, God Loves You, so we need to love just like he does, and by showing others we love them and serve them, we show God we love him.
