Hi I'm Ezekiel Thurman

I grew up in Utah, I live in Japan, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Northern Utah, and I am currently serving a mission in Japan. While I was in high school, I really liked music, whether it be playing it, listening to it, remixing it, or singing in choir. I joined the drum line in high school and we did performances at basketball games, school assemblies and talent shows, and other private events. I also loved to go sit in the digital media classroom and remix/mash-up some of my favorite songs, and make it my own. I love to create. I love to write. I love to jam out to music in my car. And I'm a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up going to church with my family every Sunday to study the gospel, but just like everyone else has to, I had to know for myself if this Church was true. So when I was a teenager, I took the Book of Mormon challenge, and came to know for myself that it is true, and that Jesus Christ is my Savior, and that He loves me. I love our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, and so I strive to live the gospel the best I can everyday.

How I live my faith

I try to do my best everyday to remember Jesus Christ, through reading the scriptures, pondering, and serving others. Right now I serve as a missionary in Japan, serving people, teaching english, and sharing the message of Jesus Christ's gospel. I pray often. I try to put other's needs before mine, and to put it simply, to do as Jesus would do.
