Hi I'm Monica

My family is a family of missionaries. I am the last to serve. I want to be a missionary for the rest of my life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an 18 year old average girl who loves to play soccer, basketball, and really all other sports. I love being outside enjoying nature, and spending time with friends and family. It has always been my dream to travel the world, and learn about the world. I've been blessed to go to college at Brigham Young University and right now am taking a break as I live in Bolivia and prepare for my mission in Ecuador.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this is the God's true restored church upon the Earth. I know this because of reading the Book of Mormon. I have read it without missing a day for almost a year now and each day I read, it renews my testimony that this book is true and that God loves us. Because God loves us He sent his Son, Jesus Christ to die for us so that we may live with them and our families again after death. Because of the great gift, I strive to serve Him by keeping the commandments and sharing the gospel with others so that they too can feel the happiness and truthfulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by testifying of Christ in many branches, wards, stakes, and missionary conferences in Bolivia. My dad is the president in charge of the missionaries here and so I travel with my parents to all different parts of the mission and get to witness and try to emulate the examples of the beautiful faith-filled Bolivians. I don't have a calling right now, but I do have my mission call and am preparing to magnify that calling by serving God with all of my heart, might, mind, and strength.
