Hi I'm Ammon

I grew up in a family of 11 kids, I love to cook and make music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to sing and play the piano. I love cooking and eating. I enjoy the serenity of the Woods and the calmness of the wilderness. I love listening to music and singing aloud with it. I enjoy every minute I can spend with my family. I am lucky enough to have a ton of nieces and nephews who love me, I am a great uncle. I play the euphonium, the trumpet, and I sing. I love singing with my school choir and look forward to the day I graduate. I have been called to serve an LDS mission in Oklahoma and cannot wait to be on the Lords errand.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I've seen what the Church can and has done for me, and I love it. I love meeting new people, and helping others out. I love my family, and because of the church I know that I can be with them forever. I know there is a God that is there to protect me, he's reminded me that every so often, he keeps me safe. I know that there is a Savior that came to the earth to make it so that I could be better. I know that I can repent and do better each day and because of the sacrament, I have a chance to be better. I know that the lord cares for his children, I've seen his intervention in many lives and have seen his spirit touch many souls. I'm a Mormon because I believe that there was a need to restore the gospel again on the Earth after there was a great apostasy when all the prophets were lifted from the earth. I believe that through Joseph Smith, these powers were returned to the earth. That's why I'm a Mormon

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I go early to the church building and have the opportunity to help prepare the sacrament filling up a whole bunch of tiny cups with water, and covering the table with a white cloth. I then get the chance to bless the sacrament before it is passed to the people attending that day. After church I also get the opportunity to bring sacrament to the people who are to sick or disabled to come to church that day. I love the smiles I get to see when I go to see those people. I also am a home teacher of some wonderful people who are always willing to hear a lesson from me. When the men of the ward meet together I get to lead them all in praises to the lord as the Chorister. Every Wednesday the youth of my ward get together and we do activities that teach us to be more like Christ. We do service, we do activities, we love to be with each other. I love to be with the people in my ward.
