Hi I'm Drexler

I grew up in a large family of 12. I spent 3 years growing up in the Dominican Republic. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up as the 6th child of ten. I love being in a big family. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I play basketball and baseball and love to longboard when I have time. I'm going to go on my mission to Puerto Rico then to BYU when I get back.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe this is the one true church. It's the church with the complete truth. It's God's church! I grew up in it, so I never knew much else, but I do have my own testimony. I have gained my testimony a lot through personal scripture study. Because I know the Book of Mormon is true, I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I know Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God. He TRANSLATED but was not the author of the Book of Mormon. I believe in Christ. I believe He atoned for each of us, and so I try to be a worthy member of His church to show gratitude. I also just love the happiness this Gospel brings, especially as it pertains to families.

How I live my faith

I am seminary council president right now, so I work a lot with the youth and get to plan fun activities and meetings for the high school seminary. I am also a home teacher and love my home teaching companion. I enjoy going out with him to meet with our families because he is an example to me to fulfill callings. He has a hard time walking because his body has taken a toll, but he still gets out with me. I will soon be serving as a full time missionary, so I will leave behind my personal affairs for two years and proclaim the Gospel.
