Hi I'm Jane Crockett

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am a wife and mother of 5 children. I am a Mormon.

About Me

The greatest joy in my life is my family. I have 4 daughters and one son. My husband and I have 13 grandchildren. We enjoy camping as a family. I love to read, sew, crochet and bake. I worked in my local public schools for 23 years and am retired.

Why I am a Mormon

I began attending the LDS Church when I was a young girl. At first my family attended with me, but in my teen years, they stopped attending. I continued to go by myself because I knew it was the true church of Jesus Christ. I developed a love for my Savior and have felt His love for me many times. Our family has gone through some very hard times the last few years, but I have been strengthened by my knowledge that Jesus Christ lives, He has restored His true church to the earth, and He knows my problems and will help me through them.

How I live my faith

I have volunteered in the LDS Temple in South Jordan, Utah for 5 years. My husband and I are currently serving a mission for the Church in San Jose, California. I love being a visiting teacher, and have made many friends through this opportunity to visit with and help other ladies in my church.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Jane Crockett
I know that I will be with my husband and children in heaven forever. We lost our son to mental illness 8 years ago, and I find great comfort in knowing I will see him again someday. We were sealed together in God's holy temple, and I know we will be together as a family forever. Show more Show less
