Hi I'm Lorraine Hall Crowfoot

I am a Mom of 7, RN. Mom started Indian Placement Program. Started foundation to raise funds for High School.

About Me

Busy mom now, was an RN in an Indian Hospital. 2 kids/5 adult children. Husband is a Native Dentist with 3 offices on Reserves, helping our people. My mom started the Indian Placement program, so she could have a better life and gain an education. I got my bachelor of Nursing because of her. I was in Lamanite Generation at BYU for 3 years, travel and share my Native culture. I help our High School with a foundation to raise money for school activities. I love to read.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I believe in this work and that this is Christ's church. It gives me an opportunity to serve others like Christ, because he atoned for my sins. It helps me understand why I am here on this earth, and that my family is important. I love that we can be together for this life and after we die. I love having friends that feel the same as me and go somewhere that is safe to share my beliefs.

How I live my faith

I am president over 50 youth and 20 teachers. I put in hours of service every week, serving the small kids of our church. I have 8 missionaries over weekly to eat breakfast and do their wash. I visit 2 women monthly and check on them. Help others with childcare and cleaning, all on volunteer basis. I attend weekly church meetings and assist my youth in scouting and young girl activities. I give generously to the poor and needy and help out with meals.
