Hi I'm Paola

I grew up in Lima, Perú. I am 20 years old and will soon go on a mission.

About Me

Hi there! I'm 20. I'm a college student and I'm member of the church since i was almost 11 years. I love learning about different cultures in the world, learning new languages and being involved in activities specially with tourism which is part of my career. My mother language is Spanish so you can talk to me in both languages. I like singing, traveling, writting and playing volleyball and basketball.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a mormon is the most important thing of my life. In my city, the capital of Peru almost everybody gets baptized by their parents in the catholic religión when they are less than 1 year. That happened to me too. I attendet a Catholic school for several years so I had and idea about God. When I was almost 11 years two missionaries came to my house. They arranged lessons with my whole family and we decided to go to church. We were so happy with it,the four of us got baptized in less than two months. Since that time, I've never stopped going to church. I've learned the best for my life and my family as well. I know God lives I know this is his real church and this is the Gospel we need in these last days.

How I live my faith

I really love going to church. It helps me a lot and I know that living the gospel is the best thing in my life. I work with the new members of the church and also the investigators each sunday in the dominical class. What I do is helping them with the scriptures and answering their questions. I'ts a really cool thing to do. I will go on a mission in may 6th and I'm really excited for the opportunity of preaching the gospel and helping others come unto Christ and hepling them to have eternal families.
