Hi I'm Claudia Robles

Young adult finding the happiness in ordinary, everyday situations. Sister Missionary in the Spokane, WA mission. Soy Mormona.

About Me

Proceeded life as any young adult would do. Grew up in West Jordan, UT. Attended college at the University of Utah. As I tried to live a confusing phase of "finding" myself, I discovered my values, and that they truly matter. Continued to live my life, and attempt to balance college, work, and a social life. Surprisingly, I found myself submitting mission papers to serve the Lord for 1 1/2 years. Still trying to take that thought in. Never expected to find myself serving a mission, but here I am, happily serving the Lord, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else! There really is no greater feeling than to know your purpose here on Earth and that you have a purpose, period. I enjoy long walks on the beach. Kidding. In Utah, we only get lakes. Therefore, I love long walks alongside lakes. I love playing a good ol' game of volleyball, dancing my Latin roots away, and hiking the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I enjoy a nice tub of Fro-Yo every once in awhile, and pass time with friends. My family is a big deal to me. I have a family of 5, and the cutest dog to exist. My family and I immigrated to the U.S in 1999. I get the best of both worlds: The Peruvian and American lifestyle! I spend most of my time cheering my brothers and dad on in their soccer games, and going on lunch dates with mi mami. I am a Dental Assistant, and love everything about teeth! After the mission, I plan on returning to the U of U, and pursuing the life I left behind, but tweaking it for the better.

Why I am a Mormon

There's no better feeling than to know families can be together for eternity. Raised into the Latin culture, I learned that families are a central thing. I love my family, and I'm always looking to spend time with them. Nothing brings me joy than to feel my Heavenly Father's infinite love. It's always with me, and something I never want to lose. I know he gives us families for happiness. It's relieving to know we can be with our families for all time and eternity. I've seen the hand of the Lord bless both mine and my family's lives. This is why I decided to serve a mission. I want to share this message of happiness to others. I want those whom I come in contact with each day to realize that they have a divine potential to fulfill- That our father in heaven has much in store for them here on Earth and after our time in mortality.

How I live my faith

Currently called to serve in the Spokane, Washington Spanish speaking mission as a Sister Missionary. Nothing like basking in the Spirit each day and helping people come closer to their Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ! Before the mission, I happily served in several church callings. Each of them helped me grow as a young woman, and helped me gain charity for those I served.
