Hi I'm Coleman Meier

I like contacting referrals. I'm a Mormon

About Me

Oh Hey ;) I'm Coleman... I always end up finding myself enjoying a nice rendezvous with my friends as well as awkward dancing! I am quite proficient at hitting the Nae Nae. I enjoy tracing my hand to make turkeys for my friends! I like to goof around. Anything that will make a situation awkward.... I'll do it. I am currently serving a mission in the Oakland/ San Francisco Mission. I enjoy being active and playing sports. I played football and rugby for my high school, I also ran track. After my mission, I'm going to play football in 2016. I love being a missionary and I love sharing the Gospel! I am an Eagle Scout and love my community. I have 6 people in my family, 4 siblings (one brother and 2 sisters), I love my family so much, I would do anything for them! I have a testimony of Jesus Christ, the Book of Mormon, and of forever families!

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member my entire life. I felt the love of Christ in the teachings, at a young age and I chose to be be baptized when I turned 8. I can't imagine my life without it! It is simple and answers a lot of life's questions! It's not just a church, it is Christ's church, the way he set it up when he was on the Earth. It is the way to a true and purposeful life! The Church has been such a blessing to me, it has taught me so many valuable life lessons! The gospel makes me so happy and I have seen the gospel change peoples lives! I am going to serve a mission to teach this truth to others, and because I can't wait to serve the Lord and help change peoples lives!

How I live my faith

Service is a huge part of the Gospel and therefore it is a huge part of my life. I have been the president of my church youth group, I have had the opportunity to plan services projects as well as participate in them. I am an Eagle Scout and that requires a large amount of service and that opportunity had taught me so much about myself and it really helped my testimony of service grow! I also am about to render myself to the service of the Lord! Not to mention, I'm on my mission right now!!

Why do you have 12 Apostles? They were just meant to be around for the time of Jesus Christ, not to be replaced with new apostles.

Coleman Meier
When Christ was on the Earth he established His 12 apostles the Quorum of the 12 Apostles was supposed to continue. We know this because in Acts 1, the 11 apostles (Judas was dead), under the direction of Peter, chose Matthias as the new apostle to replace the vacant spot. Paul, was also chosen as an apostle. In Ephesians 2:19-20, He taught that the church is built upon the foundation of apostles and prophets. He then teaches us why we have these apostles in Ephesians 4:11-14 Show more Show less
