Hi I'm Aaron

I grew up in the USA. I run track at mid distance. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Just like most young men, I have sport interests. In high school I played soccer all four years and 10th grade started track. I love track, and every distance. I began as a short distance sprinter on the 100 and 200 meter dash races, then my senior year I was on the 4x800, 4x400, and 400 and 800 meter dash races as my main events, in which I recieved a a 2nd place medal for the 4x800 and 4th for the 4x400. In the Boy Scouts of America Program, I enthusiastically climbed the ranks and was almost to the rank of Eagle when I stopped, although I later came back and finished out all the work and received the Eagle award just after my 18th birthday. I am an Idaho State University Alumni and will be attending there again after my mission (I am serving in Perth Australia).

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to a family where both Parents are active members. In my school life and sports, I interact with mostly other mormons and that made things fairly easy. But still, I had to learn for myself. My testimony of the gospel that we know in this church is centered on prayer. I know that God answers prayers, every one askedd with a sincere desire and good intentions. And I know he loves each and every one of his children and would never lead us astray.

How I live my faith

At this point in my life, it's all about preparing to serve my mission. I will be reporting to a training center on March 26, 2014, located in Provo Utah. There I will study scripture and prepare to teach others the gospel and learn to invite them to be taught. Since I leave soon, I do not have a calling in my current ward.
