Hi I'm Gayle

I grew up in the shadows of the Nuclear Laboratories of New Mexico and radiate a love of life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I’m fun-loving and enjoy being outdoors. The most important things to me are my husband and family. I have been married for 44 years and have fourteen beautiful grandchildren. Before I retired, I taught elementary school. I still dream about being in the classroom. My husband and I live in Utah, and enjoy all the beauty and fun that the state has to offer. We love to play tennis, hike, ski, fish, wake board, and practice our canyoneering skills. Doing challenging and exciting things together has kept our family close, and fun activities continue to make great memories.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I love truth! As I read the scriptures and listen to the words of church leaders, it all rings true to me. From childhood, I have always believed that Jesus Christ was my Savior, and that he suffered for my sins. The teachings of the church give me a framework for how I want to live my life. Its principles form my moral backbone.

How I live my faith

Every day, I try to think of others who could use my help, and then act. My motto is “Never ignore a generous impulse.” My husband and I will soon be missionaries in the Micronesia Guam Mission. Hopefully, we can help to ease the burdens of the people there. The Lord has restored his true church, with apostles and prophets to guide us. It is a source of joy and happiness, and I want to share it with others.
