Hi I'm Bo Dayton

"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus," 2 Corinthians 4:5. I'm a mormon!

About Me

I am currently attending Brigham Young University-Idaho. I'm majoring in exercise physiology and I am loving it. I have always found interest in learning about the human body and its functions. I have gained a greater understanding and appreciation for the amazing creations that we are, and have found it to increase my testimony of God and his love for each and every one of us! Along with studying, I enjoy playing sports, which include basketball, football and golf. I would also say that I am one that enjoys being with my family and have grown to understand how important such a unit is in my life. Camping, hiking and other outdoor activities are some of the things we enjoy as a family. I'm also mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since I was a child, my parents have taken me to church with them. It wasn't until I turned eight years old, and had the opportunity to be baptized into the church, that I gained a testimony of Christ, His atonement for me and His church here upon the earth. In my baptism, we sang a song entitled, "baptism". In this song are the words: "I know when I am baptized, my wrongs are washed away; And I can be forgiven and improve myself each day. I want my life to be as clean as earth right after rain. I want to be the best I can and live with God again." I know that forgiveness is possible only in and through our Savior Jesus Christ. I'm so grateful to have been given the opportunity to be baptized into His church! My testimony of Him and His church have been strengthened as I continue to live His gospel. I love knowing that we can return to live with Him and our Heavenly Father again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through everyday living of the gospel - daily prayer, scripture study and regular church attendance - and by being an example to others. I feel that this is the best way to help others to come unto Christ in order to understand the truth of His church and His gospel.
