Hi I'm Jessica

I'm a sister and daughter. I'm a military brat. I'm a student. I'm a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've spent the majority of my life moving around, across the country and the planet. I love to sing, listen to music, play the piano, read, be outside, and spend time with my family and friends. My parents and siblings are my very best friends, but I also love my roommates a great deal. I'm enjoying college and the search for what I want to study. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and the joy and peace it brings to my life!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, but I have come to fully and personally embrace it. Throughout my life, having lived so many places and moved so many times, I have had periods of despair and doubt. But every time I turn to Christ and His Atonement, I find the peace and strength I need. I love to read the scriptures, the words of the prophets, because they fill me with the Spirit of God and help to guide my life. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is the true and living prophet of God on the earth today. I know that what he teaches is direct guidance from our Heavenly Father. I know that family can be together forever because of the blessings of the ordinances performed in temples. I know that the temple is the House of God because when I go I can't help but be overwhelmed by the intense and pure love of my Heavenly Father. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

My current calling is as a co-chair for a counsel in my ward that helps the people of my ward grow to be both physically and spiritually prepared. I love visiting teaching some great ladies in my ward by sharing a monthly message about Christ with them and getting to know them and their needs.
