Hi I'm Courtney

I am from Cache Valley UT. I am a BirthMom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a college student working hard towards a bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sports science. I am lucky to be a wife to an amazing man. I LOVE the outdoors, and specifically enjoy getting out for camping and backpacking with my family. I also love sports. I mostly enjoy participating in as many as I can, and like being in the cheering section for my family members' favorite sports to play. I enjoy cooking, and learning more about cultures that are foreign to me. I am a Birth Mom, and an advocate for the Adoption community. I love spreading the word about the amazing blessing adoption is.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, and was following the things that I had been taught by my family and ward members. I always knew that the church had something special, and there was a feeling of peace and love that I could only find with in the church. I know that I was not the best examples at times, but through the Atonement I was able to find my way. I was able to be on the path to where my Savior and my Heavenly Father needed me to be. I know that my Savior lives, and I know that He loves me. He was willing to do all he could, out of love, for each of us to get back to our Father in Heaven. I know that this church is TRUE. I am striving to be a better me, and to stay on the path the Lord wants me to be on. I know that there will be trying times ahead, but if I learn His words and obey them I will be able to be with Him again.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a Branch missionary, and in the Relief Society's activities committee. I enjoy my time serving with my husband, the Branch Mission Leader, as we prepare and teach the Gospel Principles class together. I love the other women I have to serve with in my calling in the Relief Society, and also for my opportunity to serve with the missionaries in our area.
