Hi I'm Diderot Tilus

I was born in Miami, I am going to school in the Medical Program. Just finished my PCT. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am in the Medical Program at Florida Career College. I am going there because I like to help people, and I like to help people a lot. I had just finished my PCT Program and am now in the MAT Program where it will help me learn more about the field of study that I am in. When I finish I will have a better understanding on ways that I can help people who are sick and need help. I will be graduating in June for the PCT Program and graduating in December for the MAT Program.

Why I am a Mormon

I attended my parents church my whole entire life. I really didn't like going to church on Sunday's at all. I hated going to church. I didn't like my dad always having to wake up me and my sister so early to go to church. I didn't really, really like church at all, but I didn't have a choice. I had gotten baptized in my parents church in like 2004. I still went to church all though I wasn't really that interested in it at all. My mind would just wonder off somewhere blocking out what the pastor was even saying. Then I found that my cousin Gina went to BYU which I referred to as Mormon country cause that's the only place that I knew Mormons lived or were from. I never really asked or brought up what that religion was about. A couple years later she gave my name to one of her friends who happened to call me, and told me her name and where she was from, and what the Book Of Mormon was all about. I could have hung up the phone that day, but I didn't. I am not a rude person like that. I listened to what she had to say. For the next couple of weeks she would talk to me about The Book Of Mormon. I would listen and hear why it was important to read our scriptures and pray to our heavenly father. Then she gave my name to the missionaries and suggested that I try to go church. When I first went there the people were so friendly and very well receptive to me. After couple of weeks the missionaries who I first met suggested that I get baptized. I wasn't to sure at first about it cause I didn't see the purpose in it, but when I did I knew it was to renew my covenants with god. Ever since I have become a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day - Saints It has made me a better person ever since becoming a member.

How I live my faith

I enjoy home teaching and going to fellow church members homes and sharing messages of faith and hearing the testimonies of those who me and my fellow companion are teaching.
