Hi I'm E. Vidar Top

Lillian and I have five kids. For work I do training, public speaking and research aimed at execution. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Norway by Dutch parents. Our 5 children are active personalities positively influencing me as a father. For a living I assist executive teams in getting better results. I also do research and enjoy authoring articles and books as well as training and keynote speaking both in Norway and in other parts of the world. In my spare time I like to go hiking, play volleyball and floorball, reading and being with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior and the Son of God. I also believe that God has a plan for all of us, as well as for you and me individually. He wants to help us become the best version of ourselves. When I read the words of the prophets in the scriptures, I feel a joy that I try to bring me in everyday life. It's when I do my best to follow the example of Jesus Christ that I really feel happy. This was something I discovered as a teenager, which is why I decided to serve as a fulltime missionary for the Church. In 1992 to 1994 I served as a missionary in England. Since then I have had many other opportunities to serve in the church here in Norway.

How I live my faith

My faith is not limited to Sundays, but rather something I live every day. For example, one of my favourite activities is to host visits from different schools and students into our church building. This always provides faith promoting discussions. I find that working with young people, teachers, friends from other religions as well as other people eagerly promoting healthy values is deeply rewarding.
