Hi I'm Annajean

I was born in Arizona. I am the oldest of six kids. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play the piano and sing in my car even though I dont have the best voice ever and am almost always off key. I am going to a community college for a general associates degree. I live a very normal life and I love it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born Mormon however I am also a convert. Everytime I read my scriptures I find a verse that speaks to me. It helps lift me up when I am having a bad day. It answers my questions when I dont know what to do with my life. I am a Mormon because I can feel my Savior's love for me everyday. I am also Mormon because I know that families can be together forever and that brings me comfort to know I will be with the ones I love forever.

How I live my faith

I live in my faith by the way I act toward people. I am kind and caring and honestly want to know how I can help people out. At my work I do my best to get everything done in timely manner and help in any way I can. I participate in any service activity I can find.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Annajean
I am a 21 year old woman who never ever thought about a mission for myself. The church never made me feel like I had to go. It was always my choice. One day I just felt that my Father in Heaven would like me to go out and serve those around me. To let them know just how much God loves each and everyone of them. I am going to serve a mission, not to MAKE people join my religion. I am going to serve a mission because I love people and I want everyone around to make sure that they know that GOD LOVES THEM. to serve people when they need help. I just want to show God that I love everyone. Show more Show less

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Annajean
I pay 10% of my earnings to my church and they put it wherever it is needed. On my own time I make things like survival kits and school kits. These things, along with so many other projects done by Mormons, are given to places that have natural disaters etc. And that includes anyone in those areas. I have done as many service projects that I can get my hands on. None of which have been or Mormon people. My favorite thing to do is to feed the homeless in my area. The people are so grateful and its one of the only times I can see the results of the people I am helping. Everyone deserves to be helped and treated like my equal, no matter their religion.
