Hi I'm Emma

I am a high school student from Texas. I run cross country and track and play the cello. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have grown up in Texas and have been a Mormon my whole life. I enjoy running and have run in many cross country and track meets. I am also part of my school orchestra and play the cello. I am very interested in interior design. I love going to Lake Powell and spending time with my huge extended family. I strive to try my best in everything I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this religion gives me strength and comfort. There are many things in life that are hard to get through on my own, but with the help of the Book of Mormon, church, prayer, the Holy Ghost, and the atonement of my Savior Jesus Christ, anything is possible. This church teaches me how to stay on a straight and narrow path and how to achieve everlasting happiness. I have a testimony that I have a Heavenly Father who loves everyone and has a plan for each of us. I know that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he atoned for my sins so that I can repent and be made clean again. I know that the Book of Mormon teaches true doctrine. I believe that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church and youth activities every week. I go on temple trips with my ward each month to Mexico, since the closest temple is in Juarez, Mexico. I also participate in Seminary.
