Hi I'm Laleaga Faleono

I grew up in California. I'm Samoan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

So, I come from a very musically gifted family so I like to sing and play the piano. I live a pop/geek/fan culture appreciated life. I went to my first comic con last year and it was EPIC! I'd love to cosplay, but alas the talents that I have in music leave me lacking in sewing and craft work. However, one day I plan to go all out...one day! Anyway, I'm also very family oriented. I come from a Samoan upbringing so my family is deeply rooted in everything I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the gospel and how it brings me closer to my family. My family is my everything, but we're not perfect. We've had our fair share of fights and bickering, but it's through the teachings and practice of this gospel-the teachings of Christ-that we always find our way back to each other. I am a Mormon because I know that through the gospel, my family can be together forever and nothing, not even death, can stop that. I love my being with my family. My family and the eternal happiness of my family is why I am Mormon.

How I live my faith

One way I live my faith is by teaching. As the oldest child in my family, I take it upon myself to teach my younger siblings principles like modesty and honesty. In addition, I teach members of my ward every once a month about the teachings of modern day prophets. Another way I like to live my faith is through service. My parents are big on volunteering so I help pick some projects that we can work on as a family.
