I grew up in Utah. I went to Syracuse High School the home of the Titans. I am a sports Junkie I would watch and play sports all day if I could. I am a huge Carolina panthers fan. I love the outdoors I love to go Kayaking camping and long boarding that is all I do in the summer. I love to cook I love to make something delicious out of scratch. I love to hangout with my family, I am the youngest of 3 boys but I like to say I have to little brothers just because I am taller than them. I love to hang out with my dad he is my best friend and my hero. I love ceramics it is such a great stress reliever, I love to make something out of nothing that is why I love ceramics. I am currently serving a mission in the Missouri Independence mission and I love serving the lord.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in the church I did not always have my own testimony, I piggy backed on my parents testimony for a long time but eventually I wanted to gain my own testimony and I decided the only way that I was going to do that was by reading from the Book of Mormon. So I set out to read the Book of Mormon when I was almost finished I came across a passage of scripture in Moroni 10:3-5 and it says 3 Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remember how merciful the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder it in your hearts 4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost 5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things After I had read that scripture I humbly knelt down and prayed with real intent having a sincere heart and faith in Christ to know if the Book of Mormon was true and after I ended my prayer an overwhelming feeling came over me telling me that the Book of Mormon was true. Because the Book of Mormon is true I know without a doubt that this church is true. I have taken Moroni's challenge and prayed to know if the Book of Mormon was true and I have gained my own testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel and I am so grateful for this gospel in my life. Because I am a missionary now I am able to see people's life's change and the happiness that the gospel brings them. My testimony in the Savoir has been strengthened and I know that he is the Redeemer of the world and that through him it is possible live with god again. I know that this church is true and want others to know as well.

How I live my faith

I live my faith 24/7 that is how you have to do it. I live it by sharing the gospel with others and helping them feel the love I have for them but most importantly the love that Heavenly Father has for them. I invite all to learn more about his gospel and learn where true happiness comes from. I love serving a mission I can see the joy that the gospel brings to peoples life's. I see people change from being miserable and unhappy to being upbeat and positive about life and the future. Serving a mission is the biggest life decision I have ever made and I wouldn't trade it for anything helping others come unto Christ is the most fulfilling thing that I have ever done. Serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints has changed my life and am so grateful for the opportunity that I have to serve the lord. Serving a mission is how I live my faith.
