Hi I'm Tom Fleming

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Arizona. I now live in Idaho and I love the great out doors.

About Me

I love camping, fishing and hunting. I am an archery hunter and enjoy hunting deer and elk. I have 8 sons and 1 daughter who thinks she is tougher than her brothers. My wonderful wife also loves the out doors and we love and enjoy being with our children. We have truly been blessed as a family. As you can tell, I love being with my Family, they bring the greatest joy into my life.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is just a nick name, I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know that this is our Saviors church here on this earth. I love knowing that we have a Prophet who leads this church and receives revelation from our Savior. The Church of Jesus Christ was restored in it's fullness in our time through a Prophet, his name was Joseph Smith. He was shown where an ancient record was buried written on gold plates. Joseph was given the gift to translate this record and is called the Book of Mormon. It is a history of the people that lived in the Americas before Christ and was written by Prophets. It tells of our Saviors visit to these people after he was crucified and resurrected. I love this book as well as the Bible. Together they testify of our Savior Jesus Christ and I know they both are true. I know you will feel our Saviors Spirit as you read the Book of Mormon, it will change your life forever.

How I live my faith

I love being a Mormon because it gives me so many opportunities to be of service to others. Our church is run by all voluntary service. We are asked by our leaders to help out for example as teachers, scouting, being a clerk or secretary. But my greatest calling that I have received from my Heavenly Father is being a Father and Husband. It gives me the opportunity to teach my children to be good, honest citizens of our community and church.
