Hi I'm Kacy

I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. I'm a college student and an assistant at a preschool. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a junior in college and I'm majoring in early childhood education. I love teaching little kids! They are so much fun and have such sweet spirits that brighten my day every time I'm around them. I currently work at a preschool on campus. I also love performing. I love acting, dancing, and singing. There is something so exhilarating about being in front of people and stepping into someone else's shoes. There is a rush that comes with making people laugh and FEEL something. I'm also a very passionate person. I love to love life. I love to experience life. This has brought a lot of happiness into my life, but sometimes it hurts. I know what it feels like to love someone and be hurt by the choices that they make.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this is the church of God. I have come to know my Savior in a very personal way. He truly lifts me, strengthens me, and redeems me from my sins. I know that I have a Father in heaven who is involved in the details of my life. He is always there waiting for me, and comforts me as I seek Him in earnest prayer. It is through His love and guidance that I have become the person that I am today. I know that the Book of Mormon was translated by Joseph Smith through the power of God. I know that the Lord has blessed us with living prophets and apostles to help guide us on the paths that will lead us to true happiness, and back home to live with him. I know that families are an eternal principle. It is in families that we can be happiest, and in the temple of the Lord that we can be sealed to them for time and all eternity. I have had the Spirit bear witness of these things to my heart. He has helped me to feel the peace of the Lord so that I might know these things are true. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and King, and I want all of the world to feel the peace and happiness that this brings into my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by participating in church services, making a newsletter, and being friends with the people around me. That is what the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is all about, spreading the message of Christ's love with all of the people of the world.
