Hi I'm Nathan Mullen

I grew up in Orem, UT. I am a dance major at BYU. I'm a mormon

About Me

I love dancing more than anything in the world...that's why it's my dream to live in New York City, New York and be a dancer there and possibly be on Broadway. I also act and sing. I did that all through High School. I am 19 years old now and my parents are Mission Presidents in the Spokane, Washington mission. My favorite movie is Titanic or Frozen. My favorite books series are the Hunger Games, which, by default, makes Hunger Games one of my favorite movies. I am the youngest of 5 children, including a twin. I have to brothers and two sisters.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. But I chose to be a Mormon because it just makes sense to me. I always felt like the teachings of the church were true and it seemed and felt right to me.

How I live my faith

I teach one of the classes for our ward with another person. We co-teach every few weeks and we rotate between teaching companion-ships. One of my favorite things to do when I am in Washington with my parents is go out with the missionaries and so go teaching with them.

Do Mormons practice polygamy?

Nathan Mullen
Mormons used to practice polygamy a few hundred years ago, but we don't practice polygamy anymore. We started practicing because the Lord commanded the early saints to practice plural marriage, and they did. After awhile the Lord said to no longer practice plural marriage and we stopped. So we no longer practice polygamy. Show more Show less
