Hi I'm Jeremy ( Jezza )

I grew up in Utah. I love to serve, do things for others and be best friends with everyone!

About Me

I love to be around people, having friends and building meaningful relationships with them is something I cherish. I wasn't always this was, for the longest time I couldn't allow myself true deep connections with people, I had my personal struggles that prevented me from feeling love. On my mission however, I met some of the most incredible examples of love and kindness. They through their examples helped strengthen my faith in the Atonement. I love getting to know about people as well as letting people get to know me and who I am. I am a firm believer that everyone has something in common with someone else. ( you may just have to look a little harder. ) I consider myself a funny, weird, upbeat, love-able, and loving guy who just wants to try and help those around him. I have a lot of unique talents: I can ride a Unicycle, walk on stilts, ( but i can't juggle... ), I origami, I also can sort of speak Polish...

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the LDS church, but I truly became converted my senior year in high school. I had a falling out of sorts where I felt lost, lonely and unworthy of love, from my parents and my Heavenly Father. I had an AMAZING Youth leader who completely changed my life for the better. It was through him God was able to work on me and where I finally came to the knowledge myself that our Savior, Jesus Christ loves ME. A year later I received my Mission call to Warsaw Poland, where I will be going to serve for two years. Two years to help spread the a message great joy and happiness and to help others develop a personal connection with God. Why am I a Mormon? because I see the good that has come into my life because of it. The Atonement truly makes it possible to change; our thoughts, actions, deeds, and even our very nature. I don't think anyone will have a perfect knowledge of the Atonement in this life, but I love the peace it can bring if we so choose. I'm far from perfect, but I know that God is happy with each of us as we strive to do His will according to what we know to be right. Something I have learned is everyone everywhere has some sort of connection with a higher being, or inner peace, God, Ala, Energy, Nature or whatever, It truly doesn't matter what you believe, for all will eventually know, because God is loving. This is the path I have chosen to follow, and others have theirs, we all have such a wonderful gift of choice. That is the beauty of this life. We are free to choose. And that is why I am a Mormon. Because I choose to be.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving a two year mission with the people of Poland. I have left my family for 2 years so that others may be free to be with theirs for eternity. I love to share the gospel with my friends and family. Some of my fondest memories with friends come from our long talks on gospel principles and how we can be better as youth. I know I am not perfect, but I strive to be perfect at the small things, after all " By small and simple means are great things brought about. " I also love to serve people. I am now in the wonderful country of Poland, its very different here, but its good. I live my faith everyday by putting on the name tag that identifies me as a special witness of Christ, and I try to talk to people about Him. I also try and remember that we are all children of God, brothers and sisters, we all have one purpose, to live with him again. I would never serve a mission if I did not know that this Gospel was true.
