Hi I'm Rachel

I'm a wife. I'm a mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Arizona but only lived there for a little while. My family then moved around a lot and I have lived in eight different states. I married a wonderful man and have been married for a little over two years. I am a mother to a beautiful little girl who is my whole world. She is my everything and I will always be there for her. I am currently going to school and working towards my degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. I work at doTERRA, a thriving essential oils company, and have been for a few years now. I enjoy baking and making wedding cakes and birthday cakes for family and friends. I love new adventures and like to learn new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to continue following His gospel because I know that His gospel brings me and my family happiness. Whenever I make a wrong choice, I can feel the consequences in my life and it has a negative effect on my family. I know that choosing to obey the commandments and doing the right things will bring happiness and peace in the home and throughout your life. Life seams more simple when you decide to do the right things. When you serve others, a burden is not only lifted from those that you are serving, but from your own shoulders. I know that this gospel is true and I love our Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by raising my daughter with my husband in the gospel. We go to church faithfully ever Sunday to learn about the gospel. I have a ward calling as the second councilor in the Primary presidency. I love helping the children learn about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I love teaching them the stories from the Bible and the Book of Mormon. I try to do my visiting teaching and enjoy having my visiting teachers and home teachers over to my home to visit and learn from them. I also enjoy inviting the missionaries over to dinner and love hearing their message.
