Hi I'm Sarah

I grew up in Rexburg, Idaho. I love to sing, dance, play the viola, read, and be outside. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the third oldest child in my family of eight. I have 3 sisters and two younger brother. While in high school I participated in many musicals, service groups, and participated in Distinguished Young Women where I was awarded first runner-up at my local program. I love to dance, play the viola, and travel. I am currently attending Brigham Young University-Idaho where I am studying Elementary Education. Recently I received a mission call. I was called to be a full-time missionary in the Scotland/Ireland mission. I am excited to dedicate my life to the Lord for a year and a half.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so thankful that I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day. Because of it I know of my divine nature as a daughter of God I am able to see that I am of worth and value. The gospel has helped my to make righteous decisions. However, I know that when I make a mistake, I am able to repent because of the power of the Atonement.

How I live my faith

I love music! Fortunately, I have been able to share my love of the gospel through music. I have served as a ward chorister, a relief society pianist, and a ward pianist. I feel that music is able to touch others' spirits in ways that nothing else can. Because I attend BYU-Idaho, I have the opportunity to share my beliefs with others and listen to others testimonies often. I hope that while on my mission, I can use my musical talent to share the gospel with others.
