Hi I'm Keri-Lynn Kendall

I run a web store and enjoy many hobbies, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised mostly on or near military bases because my father's career took him to a different location every year. Once I was in high school we settled down, but then I was off again to college. After marrying and starting a family, we moved back to the town where my parents live to help them with their businesses. I now manage their online store for survival and preparedness products. Since my children are grown and gone, I have time for hobbies like family history, quilting, knitting, reading, scrapbooking and so forth. I've realized all my hobbies relate in some way to family and to history, two of my all time favorite things. I especially love hobbies which help me discover and preserve family history and those which my ancestors would have used to create their clothing, warm their homes, and beautify them.

Why I am a Mormon

I could list lots of reasons I am a Mormon, but instead, I'll list the one characteristic that ties them all together and that is being a Mormon makes me happy. I know what direction I am going in my life, I have lots of opportunities to help others, and I know what it truly real and important. Being able to focus on goals, promises I've made, and personal growth brings me great satisfaction. The occasional bad day, trial or challenge is put into perspective because I know who I am and what I can do.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith through serving others. I currently teach the 11 year old boys and girls on Sunday, lead the Wolf Den in our Cub Scout Pack, help new people moving into our area and help those who are looking for their ancestors. I also try to visit others in their homes and I travel some with my husband on his church assignments.
