Hi I'm Carsten

I grew up in the Netherlands. I’m a missionary. I’m a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Zwolle. I moved to Breda where I lived for 17 years. At the moment I'm on a mission in the England London South Mission. In my spare time I love making short films and photography. I also love music, electronics and cooking.

Why I am a Mormon

Both my parents are members of the Church, and I've had a "Mormon" upbringing. My father is a convert. my two sisters are also members of the Church. My parents have been a consistent example in my life. They taught me that It is important to love my neighbors and that I should follow the example of Jesus Christ. My parents have always given me the freedom to make my own choices. I am a Mormon because I have noticed that the principles that are taught in Church work. Our Heavenly Father loves us and he has made a plan for us whereby we can return to him.

How I live my faith

The three main ways in which I live my faith are praying, reading the scriptures and going to church every Sunday. When I do these things, I find that I am a better person and I'm happier. I have also been a DJ in the church for 4 years. I played music for various church activities. I am now a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
