Hi I'm Julie

I am a college student at Utah State University. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah for my whole life and I am currently attending Utah State University. I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in American Sign Language. My dream is to marry a faithful priesthood holder in the Temple and become a mother. I would love to travel the world someday. My biggest hope is to visit South America. In my free time I enjoy sewing, taking pictures, and spending time with friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am blessed with a happiness that cannot be found anywhere else by being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am so grateful for a loving Heavenly Father who gave each of us the opportunity to come to this beautiful earth and receive a body. I know that there is a meaning and purpose for each individual. Each man and woman is a son or daughter of God. Jesus Christ came to this earth to perform mighty miracles. He blessed and healed those were sick physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The Atonement allows us to be blessed and healed today. Through the Atonement our Savior has gained victory over the grave, the sting of death has been swallowed up in him. The resurrection will allow us to see our loved ones again and live in his eternal presence. I know that Joseph Smith restored this Gospel and that the Book of Mormon is true. Reading that book will change your outlook on life. I am extremely grateful for the Temple and the chance that I have to go there and feel the holy spirit. I am happy that I have friends who are out serving missions to spread the Gospel and am exceedingly grateful that they are faithful priesthood holders. I am so blessed to be here and be able to experience trials and to be tested. As Brigham Young said, "Every trial and experience we pass through in this life is necessary for salvation." I love my Savior very much. I cannot wait for the day that I return to live with him again, feel his embrace, and finally be home.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be an example to others around me. I attend church and institute each week and love learning about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I love serving others.
