Hi I'm Skip

There's not very many things I don't do. I enjoy life. I love boats, cars, and my beautiful wife. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoyed life as a young man. I loved drag racing at an early age. I learned to fly an airplane at 14 years old. I learned to surf in Hawaii at the age of 13. I had a love for cars and still do. I have raced boats for 40 years and still do. My most precious thing in life is my wife, my children, my grandchildren and my church. I served at mission at the age of 19 on the Indian Reservations. I came home and attended BYU and played football. Married in 1967, still have the same wife, 7 children, and 26 grandchildren. I try to enjoy life to its fullest.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the church is True.

How I live my faith

I have been active since I quit surfing and racing on Sunday, my wife threatened my life. All of the racing we do today, we keep the Sabbath day Holy. I've been branch president twice and have had almost every calling in the church except for Relief Society President, except for on my mission. I currently serve as first counselor in the Bishopric. I am also currently very active in the youth program.
