Hi I'm Ginny Jones

I´m a BYU student studying Biochemistry. I´m from Memphis, Tennessee. I´m a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in The South. I lived in the same house from age 5 to age 18 in Memphis, Tennessee. I am now a student at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I am a lifeguard and swim teacher. I love to scuba dive and swim in my free time, or do basically anything in the water. I love to read and I love my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. It really is as simple as that. The gospel brings light, hope, and happiness into my life. I know that I have a Heavenly Father who knows me and loves me! Knowing this makes me so thankful and happy. I know I can pray to God and he will help me. I am grateful for to my Heavenly Father for all of my blessings, including the opportunity I have to attend BYU. I continue to follow the gospel because I know my Heavenly Father and my Savior want me to be happy, and I know this gospel brings me happiness.

How I live my faith

I attended a high school with not many Mormons. I try to be honest and friendly with all those I meet and be an example of my Savior. I am going to serve a mission for the Mormon church for 18 months starting in May of 2014 in Oaxaca, Mexico.
