Hi I'm Jessica Caldwell

I grew up in a small Utah town. I'm a musician and an identical twin. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've always been a busy person because there are just so many things that I love to do. I started ballet when I was five and then quit (which I regret doing) when I was ten. I did, however, start taking some ballet classes when I went to college this past year. I started playing the piano when I was eight and I still love to play to this day. When I was ten, my begging finally paid off and my mom let me learn how to play the violin. I love my violin! Then, I got into sports like volleyball, swimming, and tennis. Tennis is my favorite sport! I started when I was a junior in high school with no experience and during my senior year, I was put in as the number one varsity tennis player on team. I learned how to work hard to get what I want.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I truly believe in this church. I know that it is true. I'm so grateful that I was able to learn that this church is true for myself and to gain a strong testimony about it! I continue to follow Heavenly Father's gospel because I know it's true and because I am truly happy when I do. I know that I cannot be happier than when I am doing what is right and obeying God's commandments because when I don't, I feel a lot less happy. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love us so very much and that we can return to live with Them. This knowledge makes me feel so wonderful! Not only to know but to feel that They do, to feel that They care for me brings me so much happiness in this life. They love and care for all of us. I know this and I am so grateful for this knowledge.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through music. I have had callings in the church where I have been an accompanist to a ward choir, for musical numbers, and to sing the hymns in church. I can feel the truthfulness of this church when I play hymns and other religious arrangements on the piano.
