Hi I'm Haley

I grew up in Utah, I have been called to serve in the Peru, Chiclayo Mission. I am a mormon.

About Me

I am currently attending college at a BYU school and I love it. I love to play the piano and hang out with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been born and raised in the church. I don't have a huge conversion story, but I haven't always known it's true. Over time as I study my scriptures and pray every day, I want to become more like my Savior. As I learn more about the church and about Christ I want to live my life better and change things to be a better person. Every single day I have to re-convert myself and work to build off the testimony I built the day before. It is a daily thing, and over time it becomes easier. Because I work on this every day, I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only true church on this earth. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet and he receives revelation directly from God. I know that the church was restored by Joseph Smith and I know that the Book of Mormon is a true book. I know that Heavenly Father is my father in Heaven and that Jesus Christ atoned for my sins so that I can return to live with them someday.

How I live my faith

All through young woman's (age 12-18) I was able to serve in the presidencies. I was also able to be our ward organist for the last couple of years. The main thing that I do is I study my scriptures every day. A couple of years ago I made a goal on new years to read my scriptures every single day that year. I accomplished the goal and set it again for the next year. Over time I have gone from reading my scriptures to studying them every day. It's gone from something I have to do to something I want to do. I learn so much from the scriptures and it is the best form of comfort and guidance for me to hear words from prophets.
