Hi I'm Ben Bolingbroke

I'm a wrestler, 4.0 student, and a wicked ukulele player. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm 16 years old and currently a sophomore in high school. I love to play sports such as wrestling and football. I enjoy going to school, and I enjoy spending time with friends. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my family, anything from Lake Powell vacations to playing a board game on Sunday nights. I'm really interested in the medical field and hope to one day become a doctor, along with becoming a good husband and father.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born into the church, my conversion came as a result of sincerely studying and praying about the Book of Mormon. I have taken Moroni's challenge (Moroni 10:3-5) several times and I can still distinctly remember each time and situation and the rich spirit I felt testifying to me that the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the Lord's true church restored again to the earth. My greatest priorities and goals in life are my spiritual pursuits. I know that they have the greatest value, and are far more important than any other earthly pursuit. I have seen how putting my focus first and foremost on the gospel has blessed me with true joy, and success in all my other earthly pursuits (see 3 Nephi 13:33). I love the gospel and am eager to continually grow in testimony and experience the blessings thereof.

How I live my faith

I strive to always take advantage of the great opportunities I am blessed with each day. Although I often falter, I try to look for ways that I can serve and influence others positively. I do my best to be a righteous example for others to follow. I strive to stay worthy of the priesthood that I bear, and I exercise my priesthood by blessing and administering the sacrament on Sundays, home teaching and by inviting all to come unto Christ.
