Hi I'm Emma

I grew up in Utah. I believe in Christ. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Growing up with three brothers I've learned to fight for what I want; whether that's the last cookie on the counter or the front seat in the car (both equally important). You'd be lucky to find me without a camera in my hand. If you're looking for an extra player, count me in! I love to play sports, especially soccer. I am a student at Weber State and am hoping to one day become a Pediatric Oncology Nurse. My family is very important to me because they're my biggest support! I love to sing and believe music is essential to life. If it were acceptable, I'd spend everyday in the outdoors; swimming, hiking, biking, camping, you name it. I truly believe that laughter is the best medicine. I know that I have a Father in Heaven that loves me personally and individually and because of this knowledge, I know he will help me through the difficulties of life.

Why I am a Mormon

Since I was a little girl my dad has told me that I'm a Princess, a daughter of a Heavenly King. Growing up with this knowledge has helped me to better understand who I am and where I came from. I find joy in knowing I am a daughter of God and that he loves me personally. The gospel of Jesus Christ brings me comfort when I'm feeling alone and discouraged. I know that I can pray to God and be strengthened to overcome the trials I face throughout life. I'm a Mormon because nothing brings more peace than being a member of this church. God lives and loves each of us!!

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Paris, France and strive each day to share the gospel with God's children. I believe that by being an example to those around me, I can share my beliefs and help others come to the knowledge of God and His son!

How can I know Mormonism is true?

I promise that if you have a desire to know if Mormonism is true, you can pray to a loving God who will let you know in your mind and in your heart that it is true. (Moroni 10:4-5) Show more Show less

What is the priesthood?

The priesthood is the authority given to man by God, to act in His name. It is the same authority Jesus Christ had while he was on earth. The church of Jesus Christ is led by this authority, and many lives are blessed because of the priesthood. Show more Show less
