Hi I'm Eric

I am a college student. I like to climb mountains and run. I have been in band and choir. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am in college in the United States. I have climbed several mountains including two 14,000 foot mountains. I enjoy reading, swimming and running. I have been in marching band, jazz band, and show choir. I am currently in a symphonic band and on a big band swing team. I am studying mechanical engineering. I am about to start a full time mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church but I believe for myself that it is true. Due to the atmosphere of kindness that I have found in the church, I have already decided that the church would be a great place to raise a family later in life. On top of that I have found the principals that are taught help to protect the members from harm and encourage members to seek answers to their questions in the scriptures. A place where people are encouraged to help each other and study the scriptures for themselves is the place for me.

How I live my faith

I have a leadership position in my ward. I help to organize activities in the college ward I am in such as home teaching which is where the men of the ward visit all the members to make such they are ok. I sometimes have the privilege of teaching the men of my ward in church.
