Hi I'm Sister Cambria Hunter

I'm a missionary!!! I'm an adventurer and I'm Mormon.

About Me

I work hard and play hard! I'm an avid adventure seeker! Life has always been wonderful, beautiful and meaningful ESPECIALLY as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because really enjoy feeling close to God! This gospel brings peace, happiness, purpose and direction to my life.

How I live my faith

I feel so overwhelmingly blessed in my life! The Lord has given me a great upbringing, wonderful parents and some great siblings. I grew up in the gospel and I have never doubted it's truthfulness because of the many examples of the Lord's love in my life. Right now, I have set aside 18 months of my life to serve the Lord on a mission and everyday I tell everyone I can about the blessings of the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why do some call Mormonism a cult?

Sister Cambria Hunter
Mormons have very strong beliefs. I know that the lifestyle of Mormons may seem up-tight but as someone who has strived to live the standards the church provides, I find it very liberating. The “cult” label is usually applied by Church opponents attempting to criticize or discredit the Church. However, sometimes it’s simply a matter of characterization that has grown up over time by the lack of understanding. Such misunderstandings often vanish when people begin to realize the commonality of what The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints really teaches and believes. Show more Show less
