Hi I'm Josh

I grew up in Utah. I now run call centers in The Philippines. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a BPO professional living in The Philippines. I am a thrill seeker, sports enthusiast, and foodie.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I found the church to be the true church of God. Growing up in a predominately Mormon community urged me to take time to find out the truth. I can be quite stubborn, and was unwilling to simply live my life a certain way because of those around me. It started when I was 17. I knew that it was a turning point in my life, and that I needed to know for myself if the church was true. I started my search by reading the entire Book of Mormon for the first time. I prayed regularly. I made it a point to either accept of reject the Gospel (my brothers had already been moving away from the church, which only helped further challenge my testimony). My answer came loud and clear. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church of God. and the Book of Mormon is His. Although I found that answer over 10 years ago, I continue to search and pray to strengthen that testimony of the church. I still ask about Book of Mormon, and the answer has never changed. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is His church on the Earth today.

How I live my faith

As an American Mormon in the Philippines, I attend an English speaking ward/service. I have found myself teaching children, youth, and now adult men. Those teaching assignments keep me grounded to my faith, and learn gospel truths I had previously not appreciated.
