Why I am a Mormon

This is why I am a Mormon, It comes down to is finding out for your self what is real truth and evidence Being a convert. For me I needed Direction even when I had so much pride but when I took that step of faith on my own, I prayed to God with all the energy and Desire to know from him and He answered in a spiritual way that the spirit spoke to me like if it was face to face and it was gentle voice and loving way. I can not deny this experiance. After this experiance, I read the Book of Mormon and the Bible and it spoke to me and taught me and answered all my questions who I am what I am and so much more that you cant imagine. The scriptures is real to me its not a book to be used to destroy each other but to be one with god and his son our savior. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 is a reminder to me that God still speaks to his Children.

How I live my faith

I am a Missionary, and I share, teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

What is being a Mormon like?

One of the greatest reasons for being here on earth is to "have joy" (2 Nephi 2:25). Personal prayer, scripture study, and attending church helps us better understand that the best way to find joy and happiness in this life is to know about Our Heavenly Father's Plan of Happiness, the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to strive to keep God's "law" (Proverbs 29:18). Families are an essential part of God's Plan and much of how we live focuses on our families. We want to share the happiness we enjoy with everyone we can through service, missionary work, and contributing to society. Show more Show less
