Hi I'm Jenny

I was raised in Taiwan and immigrated to the States upon joining the Church. I'm a mother of two. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a working mother of two. I enjoy reading, photography, cooking, crafting, and personal fitness. I strongly believe in living every minute of my life to the fullest. I do that by always learning something new and stretching my limits.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the Mormon faith when I was 17. High school was definitely a tough time for me. My family was going through a lot at the time as well, which led me to question my existence on this earth. I tried to 'seek out the truth' by attending different churches, but nothing felt right until I met with the Mormon missionaries. The Plan of Salvation (www.lds.org/topics/plan-of-salvation) not only made sense to me but it stirred up a distant memory as if I remembered my life before this earth. When I started reading the Book of Mormon, my heart was touched by the Spirit and I knew it has to be from God as it cannot be from the devil. I invite you to read the Book of Mormon and to try out prophet Moroni's promise and know for yourself: 3 Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remember how merciful the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder it in your hearts. 4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost. 5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.

How I live my faith

I strive to read scriptures and pray to my Father in Heaven daily. My responsibility among my congregation is to teach and serve the youth. I also enjoy attending the temple (www.lds.org/church/temples) as often as my schedule allows.
