Hi I'm Taylor

I'm a college student, a tennis player, a snowboarder, a musician, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah. I love to play tennis in the summer and snowboard in the winter. I play the saxophone and am learning how to play the guitar. I love the outdoors. Every year as a kid I would visit my grandpa's ranch, and so I fell in love with horse-back riding, four-wheeler riding, and river rafting. I lived in Russia and Kazakhstan for two years where I served a mission sharing my beliefs about God and Christ with others. Because of that I now speak Russian. I love being with my family and close friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I have come to know that God loves me and that His Son, Jesus Christ, is my Savior. As I have learned more about His restored Gospel, I have felt peace and joy in my life that confirms it is all true. As I read the Book of Mormon in conjunction with the Bible, I receive answers to any and every kind of question I have in life, some of which include answers to where I came from, what my purpose is here in life, and where I'm going. I have found true meaning and hope in my life and I am happy. And all of it is thanks to my Savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by praying each day, reading the scriptures, and keeping the commandments. I strive to find opportunities to serve others. I also keep myself free from alcohol, smoking, drugs, and immoral behavior. I decided to give up two years of my life to share my beliefs of Jesus Christ with others and let them see how His Gospel has blessed my life. I try to live my life in way that those who see me know that I am a disciple of Jesus Christ.
