Hi I'm Jennica

Hi! Im from Utah. I love soccer with all my heart and soul. Im a mormon!

About Me

Im from Utah, and I love to play soccer. Ive been playing for 12 years, but I stopped playing officially when I graduated from high school. Soccer may be the only thing that people notice about me but art is my true passion. It is an absolute dream of mine to to move to Germany and become an industrial designer at Adidas headquarters. In December 2015 I will begin serving a mission in Berlin, Germany. I am so excited, this is a dream of mine. When I was 9 my parents got a divorce and because I have been so blessed to go through that life struggle with the gospel I don't even want to imagine what its like to live life without the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this gospel and I love it with all my heart. I have found out its truth for myself through reading the scriptures and living by them daily. When my parents were going through their divorce it was the only thing in my life that didn't change. Its the one constant in my life and I wouldn't be serving a full mission time mission if I didn't believe in it completely.

How I live my faith

I faithfully attend my church meetings and read my scriptures daily and attend the temple.I also enjoy visiting my friends for visiting teaching and looking for service. When a difficult situation approaches me I always resort to the gospel at first. I strive to have modest clothing and look my best. I basically just live my life in harmony with the gospel. I find that it is the easiest way to live my life.

How can we come to know our Father in Heaven?

Jennica
I feel that I have a direct relationship with my father in heaven. When I was 9 my parents got a divorce and my dad moved out of the house. For a period of 5 years I did not see my dad nor talk to him. For 5 years I didn't really have a dad until I realized that my father in heaven was with me all along. I find that talking to him through prayer is the best part of my day. Each time I prayed I get comfort from the holy ghost to know that he is there. By living and keeping Gods commandment I feel closer to him and more protected by him. As I come closer to him I feel his everlasting love and it becomes harder for me to sin. I know that my father in heaven lives and loves me completely and there is nothing that can change that. Show more Show less
