Hi I'm Kellie

I'm a swimmer, an ultimate frisbee player, a icecream lover, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports of all different kinds. I like to play ultimate frisbee, basketball, wake board, swim, run, water ski, high jump. I love to eat all kinds of foods, especially ice cream. I love to rock out in the car and party with friends. I am a very social person and find it easy to get along with everyone. I smile all the time, and I love to laugh! I have tan skin and people always ask if I go to tanning salons, but it's all natural. I am really good with children and want to go into Childhood Education.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. I love the structure that the church provides. I love the standards that give me guidelines to live by. I have grown up in the church, but I have seen my family members fall away, and have seen them struggle because of it. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that Joseph Smith really saw God the Father and Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior. I know that He suffered for my sins. I know that if I repent, He will forgive me. I have felt God's love. I live the gospel because doing so shows my appreciation for the atonement and for my life here on earth.

How I live my faith

I love to listen to church music. I find the hymns inspiring and I often listen to "soft sunday sounds" throughout the week. I enjoy watching all the church movies that have come out, especially "The Best Two Years" and "Meet the Mormons." I love visiting with the ladies in my neighborhood when I do hometeaching. I am in the presidency of the 16-17 year olds. I love serving my friends and sending them meaningful messages and spending time with them planning and participating in activities.
