Hi I'm Crystal Graves

I grew up in Portland Oregon born and raised LDS. I live in Milpittas California with my husband and our 2 children.

About Me

I love to spend time with my little family. I enjoy reading and being outdoors. I am married to a wonderful man who is not a member of the LDS church but I am raising our children in our the faith and values of the church. I am currently a stay at home mother to our 2 children and am enjoying my time with them however I am planning on going back to school and getting my Physicians Assistants degree.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church and when my family decided to leave the church I continued to follow my beliefs. I have grown to know life is full of ups and downs but I know that each up and down is what makes us grow and learn and through those we become the people we are now. I left the church for a few years due to life circumstances but I always knew life would lead me back to the church. I am so thankful for the gospel in my life knowing that Jesus paid the ultimate price for all of our sins so that we may live and return home to him one day. I know that Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the church at this time and am thankful for the love I feel from the members of the church and the importance on families and how special it is. I know with all of my heart that this is the true church of God and we are blessed to have it restored today.

How I live my faith

I try to live my life to be Christ like though I know it is impossible to but I try to be honest loving non judgmental of others because I know it is not my place to judge it is Heavenly Fathers. I was raised to believe that everyone regardless of race background religion ect.. that everyone deserves a friend and that my sins are no less than the next persons. I am raising both of my children with the same values and beliefs. I am so thankful to be in a point in time with the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and to know that we will return home to our heavenly father and to know that our families are forever. I know life is never perfect nor would I want it to be but I am thankful that we have the chance to live on earth and grow and learn to then be called home to our heavenly father.
