Hi I'm Ann Cassell

I am a recent convert to the LDS church. I was baptized on November 16, 2013.

About Me

I am the mother to 9 children. 7 biological and 2 step. I don't call my step children steps when I introduce them. I have 3 grandsons, a granddaughter on the way and also a grandson on the way. My oldest daughter just found out she is going to have another baby in Oct. I was originally baptized pentecostal but due to bad life choices fell away from God and the church. I spent many years searching and never finding what I was looking for. I then decided to get back into church so I tried many different ones but they just never seemed like the one for me. I met and moved in with my "soulmate" and he was LDS but not an active member. We both decided we wanted to get back into church so I started taking lessons from the missionaries. I loved it from the start. As soon as I stepped into the mormon church I felt like I was home. My "soulmate" and I got married in November and then I was baptized. I have not regretted one moment of it. We are struggling to blend our families but I know through Heavenly Father's help and guidance we will be successful. I am now a ward missionary and love every minute of it. Not to mention the wonderful church family I now have with some very wonderful close friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this is the true church of Jesus Christ and the minute I walked into the church I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit and the love that Christ wants everyone to feel.

How I live my faith

I am a ward missionary and strive to reach out to non members so that they may feel the love of Heavenly Father and that they might know the loving kindness of a church family.
