Hi I'm Brandon

I am from the Roseville California area I live in Nipomo California, and I am serving a mission in Ft. Collins Colorado.

About Me

Before leaving on my mission I attended community collage. My major is business. I worked as a software engineer. I like PC games, learning, singing, and hanging out with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church, but after high school realized that I did not really believe or have a testimony that the church was true. For two years after that realization I became atheist, I thought the notion of a God was silly. After that time I decided that I should test the church to see if there was anything to it that I had missed, and that I would really look into it. As I attended church and prayed and read scriptures I slowly began to see things that I had never realized before. I began to learn for myself that the gospel is true. There was good flowing into my life, and I knew that God has a plan for me. As I accepted this plan He helped me to know what I should do and provided me with direction. I now know that He has intended all along for me to serve Him on a mission as one of the first "big" decisions that I have had to make in my life. Without God there is only confusion and uncertainty, with God there is comfort and direction.

How I live my faith

Before going on my mission I was attending a young single adult group, and I was a teacher, a missionary supporter, and a leader for Monday family night meetings.

Are Mormons Christians?

Jesus Christ is the center of our religion, His name is in the official name of the church, and we partake of the sacrament in remembrance of Him every Sunday. I can't imagine how to be any more Christian than to follow Him to the best of my ability, and live my life in such a way to be more like Him. Show more Show less
