Hi I'm Lindsay

I am a runner. I love the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University studying Elementary Education. I love children, and hope to make a difference in the the lives of my future students. I love people, and I'm the happiest when I am spending time with the people I love. I like tying new things. I dislike the cold, and therefore Summer is my favorite time of the year. I really enjoy being outdoors. Running is my passion, but I also enjoy hiking, biking, playing basketball, and going on hikes.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the peace I feel when the spirit testifies of its truthfulness to me. I was born into an LDS family, and I have been a member my entire life. I couldn't be more grateful for the gospel because it has shaped me into the person I am today, and it brings me so much joy. Through the gospel, families are eternal. If we live faithfully, once we die we will get to live with our families for forever. With life comes trials, but if you endure them with faith you will grow as a person. Through our trials we become stronger. I have seen the Lord's hand in my life guiding me to where he wants me to be. Without the gospel I wouldn't be where I am today.

How I live my faith

The gospel is the center of my life. I attend my church meetings every week, and fulfill my callings. I have had the opportunity to plan many ward activities through several of my callings. Every day I strive to be a better person, and to build a greater relationship with our Heavenly Father. I try to go through each day with a positive attitude, and seek to find the good in every situation.
