Hi I'm Randall McKinnon

I am a practicing attorney. I am a father of five great kids and an increasing number of grandkids. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I do medical malpractice defense - meaning I defend doctors and hospitals. In private life, I have coached "girls" recreational soccer for 15 years (with 4 daughters in the game) I've also been active in Boy Scouts - lots of camping a merit badges. I have been married to my college sweet heart for 37 years. We are hoping for another 37.

Why I am a Mormon

I gained a personal testimony early in my life. When I was 18 - I accepted the challenge to sincerely pray about the Book of Mormon. I had been raised in the Church - and didn't really think I needed to do that. However, I eventually got the courage and faith to "test" the Lord's promise - and I received an undeniable, most memorable witness that the Book of Mormon was true and that Joseph Smith was a very real prophet. I lived with that witness and personal knowledge ever since.

How I live my faith

I have enjoyed serving in the Church for 42 years., I served a full time mission in Pennsylvania. More recently, I have been serving in a Young Singles Adult bishopric and as a High Priest Group Leader. I live my faith on a daily basis through daily prayer, study and reaching out to help others how have special needs,.Compassionate service is a big part of practicing my faith.
